4. Court: Case as Defendant - Guilty of Nuisance, Second Sitting of the Southern Circuit Court, 4 Nov 1826 to 9 Nov 1826, Ferryland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. 1435 Following arraignment by Grand Jury and review of case by Petty Jury he was found guilty of nuisance.

On November 9 he informed the court that he had removed the flake obstructing the roadway and would effect any other repairs as required. Fined 5 Shillings plus costs.
