In re
Thomas C. Duder deceased.

This is the last will and Testament of me Thomas C. Duder of Bonne Bay at present of St. John's, Stipendiary Magistrate.
First: I revoke all wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made.
Second: I appoint my wife Nelly Duder and my son Henry J. Duder Executrix and Executor of this my will.
Third: I direct all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid out of the residue of my estate hereinafter mentioned.
Fourth: I give and bequeath all my household furniture goods, wares, chattels and effects and all my personal effects to my said wife absolutely.
Fifth I give devise and bequeath all my interest in and to the farm situate on the Portugal Cove Road known as "Devon" and all property and chattels connected therewith to my children, the said Henry J. Duder Marian May Jardine and Mildred Duder to be divided equally between them.
Sixth. All the rest residue and remainder of my estate after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses as aforesaid. I give devise and bequeath as follows, that is to say, to my said wife one-half absolutely and to my said children Henry J. Marian May and Mildred the other half absolutely to be divided equally between them. In witness whereof I the said Thomas C. Duder have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this 12th day of December Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and twelve - Thos. C. Duder - Signed by the said testator in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses W. T. Shirran Jas P Blackwood.
