Susan (Susie) Mary Kavanagh - (August 31, 1931 - December 24, 2018) - It is with great sadness that the family of Susan (Susie) Kavanagh of Ferryland announce her passing at Health Science Center on Dec. 24, 2018 at the age of 87.
Predeceased by her husband Leo, special angel and grandson Adam, her parents John and Agnes Hynes, and her seven brothers and sisters.
Left with precious memories are her 9 children Jacqueline, Elizabeth (Terry), Cynthia (Tom), Sharon (Doug), Gerard (Verda), Terrence (Tara), Connie (Timmy), Leo (Kellie), Russell (Mike), son-in-law Bill, her 19 grand-children, 16 great grand-children, sister Marlene, and a large circle of family and friends as well as her dog Charlie.
Resting at Fahey's Funeral Home in Fermeuse with visitation on Thursday, Dec 27th, 2-9 and Friday, Dec 28th, 2-9. Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Ferryland, Saturday, Dec 29th, at 11:00 am with interment to follow at the Holy Trinity Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or as arthritis greatly impacted her quality of life, any donations can be made in her honour to the Arthritis Society of Newfoundland

Susan married Leo KAVANAGH, son of Alphonsus KAVANAGH and Elizabeth BRUSHETT. (Leo KAVANAGH was born circa 1922 in Ferryland, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada ^1808,2782 and died before 27 Jul 2014 ⁵⁰⁰⁶.)
