Court: Supreme Court records, Cir 1851, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. 3330 Hirzel [sic] Le Messurier and Joseph Kirby were called to give testimony as to the transfer and ownership of a certain fishing room in Burin which was sold by Joseph Troke to Elias Fallis on October 15, 1840. |
