Supreme Court, 25 September 1861 – Petition of Nancy Condon of Aquaforte. Her father Robert Saunders of Aquaforte died 10 May 1858 intestate. He left surviving him his eldest daughter Nancy, wife of Edward Condon, shipwright; daughters Ellen, wife of Patrick Cannon, and Sarah, wife of William Kelly; three grandchildren in Halifax, NS, by deceased daughter Mary Maher; and sons Robert Saunders in Halifax and William Saunders. Her father left an estate valued about £ 150. William Saunders and Bridget, widow of brother James Saunders keep possession of her father's fishing room. Nancy Condon asks the Court to grant her letters of administration to settle her father's estate. This event was shared from Ann SANDERS
