Will of John P. Bradshaw
IN RE: JOHN P. BRADSHAW. DECEASED

WILL.
In the name of God Amen. This is the last Will & Testament of me John P Bradshaw of the Jersey Side Placentia retired Merchant.

I appoint my niece Marion Bradshaw, Executrix of this my last Will & Testament. I will & direct that a Monument be forth with erected to my late wife Mary Ann Bradshaw.
I will devise & bequeath the sum of Twenty Dollars to Alice Morris, Daughter of Dr Morris.
The balance of my property both real & personal consisting of money in the Banks, Dwelling & Furniture, Stores & Land on Cooks Point. Land on the Little Placentia Road opposite E E Hickeys & a large Meadow, West of Jas Fitzpatrick House & Beach arn on the Jersey Side adjoining Mathew P. Murphy - Land measuring South by the Main Road - about 132 feet & 400 feet more or less on a Westerly direction & everything I may die possessed of. I will devise & bequeath to my niece Marion Bradshaw on conditions that she shall pay my just debts & in consideration of her services & her attention to me during the rest of my life.
Also I give to my niece Marion Bradshaw full control of the House & Property of my late Father W G Bradshaw on the Jersey Side to sell to him or make some settlement with her Brother. Pleasing to her.
In witness whereoff I have hereunto subscribed my hand at the Jersey Side Placentia on the 7th day of January A D 1921.

Signed by the Testator & acknowledged by him to be his last Will & Testament in our presence who in his presence at his request & in the presence of each other we have hereunto subscribed our names as witness.
