Emerson Certified correct, D. M. Browning Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following) Fiat March 15/11 C.J. Probate March 15/11 granted to Charles H. Emerson Estate sworn at $2779.52
It appears that her husband pre-deceased her and that they had no children as no inheritances were left for any if they existed.
050911:
I had Minnie Goss(e) and Emma Ann Goss(e) as sisters, one married to Arthur Whit and the other to a man whose surname was White but whose Christian name was unknown. Today Geoff Martin pointed out to me that these were the same people; Minnie was merely a nickname for Emma Ann. That cures a lot of unknowns.
