Smith for a certain financial consideration, is bought back from him and handed over to Henry Cook as Trustee to manage for the benefit of Henry Corbin Le Messurier's two spinster daughters, Annie and Clara and, after their death to go to their surviving siblings or the senior heir of each of those not then surviving. It is amazing that a "1/6th of 1/8th" share of this estate is even worth anything but this gives some idea of its vast extent. This event was shared with Annie LE MESSURIER, Charles James LE MESSURIER, Clara LE MESSURIER, George LE MESSURIER, Hon. Henry William LE MESSURIER CMG, John LE MESSURIER, and Rosa LE MESSURIER.

This is the last will and testament of me Henry C. LeMessurier of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Broker. I give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall or may be entitled at the time of my decease unto my beloved daughter Clara LeMessurier of Saint John's aforesaid Spinster absolutely and I appoint her sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former testamentary writings.
