TAYLOR, Florence Rosalie (Rose) - Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, December 1, 2002, Rose Taylor, aged 74 years. Predeceased by her parents Woodley and Annie French; first husband Rupert Lester; and husband Bert Taylor; brothers-in-law, William Skinner and Leo Galway. Leaving to mourn four sisters, Mary Skinner, England, Patricia Galway, Riverhead, Ruby Whelen (Edward), Harbour Grace, Alice Dawe (Peter), Bay Roberts; one brother George French (Shirley), St. John's; step-son Crosbie Lester, St. John's; one step-daughter Lynn Benfield of Nova Scotia; special friend Debbie Dunn and number of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. from 7-9 p.m. Sunday, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday. Funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2002 from Barrett's Chapel. Cremation to follow.
