This information is found in the 1861 Census online on the Dartmouth Historical Research Group's website. On first blush this appears to refer to William Downing and Mary Prinn and their family. However the dates are all wrong (about 20 years out of sync). I raised this issue for Margaret Dickson's attention but then found the answer in the 1851 Census (see below). She was in fact 13 years younger than her sister Eliza.
