090313: Because James and Cornelius Reidy are sponsors at the baptisms of Margaret O'Brien and James O'Brien, son and daughter of Eliza Reidy, I am speculating for now that they are her brothers.

I am taking a wild guess that this is the family of Bridey Reidy, simply because the gravestone I found on HistoricGraves is in Latteragh, near Toomevara, and it contains amongst other family member names a Sister M. Bernadette of Thurles and Jamie said that Sister Bernadette Reidy of Thurles was a family member she remembered meeting the day her mother died after her father picked her up at boarding school in Thurles.

Note that Johanna appears on the 1901 census but not the 1911 census. Either she died in the meantime or the census taker in one instance got her name wrong and Josephine and Johanna were one and the same child.

Also not that neither William nor Bridey appear on either census. Since Mary would be too old to have had children after Mary in 1910, this seems to imply that I could have mixed up my families and this is not the family of the Bridey and William Jamie told me about.
