This family of John and Mary Wheeler appears in the early Anglican Cathedral Registers, as viewed on NGB website, in the form of the Vital Records transcripts. I am completely unaware of any connection between them and the family of Joseph and Jane Wheeler which I believe is the direct line of ancestry of mom. I am entering this family into the tree but not connecting them to my line because I have no way of proving one way or the other whether they are connected or not at this time. But since they are the only other family of Wheelers appearing in the early Anglican Cathedral registers, there is a good possibility that the two families were related. But it is almost certain that they were not from St. John's. They would have had all their children christened during a rare visit to town.

None of the ages of the children were given when they were christened en masse in 1801. I'm guessing they were born between 1785 and 1800.

I have come to the conclusion that this must be the John Wheeler who attended the wedding of his brother Joseph and Mary Hannah Goss. There is no other known John in the area at the time who would qualify so I am adding this Christian name today.
