This is a different Clement Banfill than the one I already had in the family tree and I am speculating and making him an uncle. It is unlikely that he is a son since there is no mention in the burial record of a father's name so the person being buried was an adult. The only other Clement Banfill I found live much later.

I cannot account for why there is such a discrepancy in the date of the marriage as seen on two different websites. Clearly it is the same couple and clearly they did not get married twice. I do not know at this stage which record to believe.
