I had never heard of this person before today when Enid OBrien filled me in her existence. It is based in large part on the fact that she is of the right age to have been a child of Michael and to the best of our knowledge there was only one man in Ferryland at that time having a family. The exact date of birth is from Robert Carter's diaries but he does not give the name of the child OR the mother, except as Mrs. Devereaux!
